Pros

Travel and participation in exciting events. Mostly sport-related.

Cons

Organisation for staff is an overall mess, The company does not care at all about your well-being. There is normally no general briefing nor training and nobody knows what to do, nor what the overall objective is. Managers and supervisors are in general, very arrogant and rude to staff members when something is not done as they expect. There is a general stress for caring about VIP guests, while ignoring all of the other guests that have also payed for an "excellent service". Austrian crew get a lot more compensations and rewards for their work in the company in relation to crew from other countries (Spain, Italy, Hungary, Dutch as well as locals in each event). There is no compensation for many years invested in the company and thus no motivation to do your work better. Working hours are ridiculously excessive, sometimes not having decent breaks to rest.

Pros

None. There is nothing positive about this company.

Cons

I’m going to be very honest: stay away from this company. I read the Glassdoor reviews before accepting the offer, and I regret not listening to them. Everything people say here is true. The management is extremely unprofessional and toxic. There is clear favoritism, and they treat people based on who they like, not based on performance. If you’re not part of their “group,” you’re basically disposable. They don’t like people who are successful, independent, or bring value. They prefer people who just follow orders without questioning anything. If you stand out or try to do better, it actually works against you. The environment feels like cliques or “gangs” within management. They act like they own everything and can fire people whenever they feel like it, even without real reasons. On top of that, safety is a serious issue. People are getting injured regularly, and there are no real precautions being taken. It feels like employee well-being is not a priority at all, and they simply don’t value their workers. The culture is terrible. People are not supportive, communication is poor, and the overall atmosphere is stressful and negative. My mental health got worse while working here, and no amount of money is worth that. Seriously — don’t start here. You will regret it.
