DocuSign experience
Oct 6, 2020 - Market Development Representative in Seattle, WARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I have worked here for over a year now and have been so impressed with the company. The sales culture is competitive yet all of my teammates and my manager show that they genuinely care about my success. DocuSign has also done a great job during COVID-19 making sure that their employees are set up for success while working from home. Great benefits from wellness stipends to full health, eye, and dental converage.
Cons
Hard to think of any here but the one that comes to mind is the track to promotion to become an Account Executive is very long.
It's wonderful to hear that your team and manager genuinely care about your success. Many people really do find that to be true. Thanks for the vote of confidence during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Some growing pains, but making good strides in 2023
Mar 22, 2023 - Enterprise Sales in San Francisco, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Company culture promotes helping each other, and employees largely prescribe to it. DocuSign is full of nice people and family / work life balance is supported. Salary ranges are top tier in comparison to the general marketplace and benefits are good. Stock RSUs are very good, even when considering stock volatility. Flagship product is widely used and loved by clients. "It just works" is often heard. New CEO is making needed changes to take DocuSign into future growth.
Cons
A little WOKE leaning for my taste at times and slow to enforce accountability culture, although seems to be improving. Lack of infrastructure / programs / marketing / sales awards / mindset of an established Enterprise Sales organization. Maturing from Commercial and Majors culture is needed, and effective alignment of "prime and co-prime" model needs development. Product innovation is lagging at this point behind technical platform consolidation (needed widely in the marketplace) and has been impacted by choices from previous regimes. Playing a little catch-up here, and competitors "look better" as a result - even though they are not as strong or stable.
