not my favorite back office to work with hard to move up without a degree

Benefits and pay was decent. Some great co workers.

This place has no respect for others. I was bullied and even given the silent treatment for management and above. Even spoke with HR and nothing was ever looked into. They pick the favorites and if you’re not it- you will be lied on. Making others dislike you. It’s ran with adults acting like it’s middle school. Lack training but will take credit when you do all the hard work. Communication is horrible. Either you will not be informed or will be told the day of so you have no choice but to accept it.
