Pros

-Free snacks -Benefits -There are a few amazing, hardworking & talented people who work at Dose That's about it.

Cons

Working at Dose is like being in a sorority who thinks they're really cool, popular and making a difference in the world, but are so blinded by their own delusions and egos, that it couldn't be further from the truth. Specifically, I'm talking specifically about upper management. The "leaders" not only have no clue what they're doing, but they refuse to listen to other people's opinions and play favorites. If you're not extroverted or as "hyped" about the company, you’ll become less respected. Those who can speak their language of BS buzzwords with enthusiasm are those who get promotions, get invited to happy hours, etc. Beyond the poor office culture, the company just doesn't have a focus. If you surveyed every employee at Dose and asked them what the company does, no one can really articulate it. They change directions frequently and will be excited about the change for about six months until they decide to go in a different direction again, which comes with massive layoffs. At Dose, people are just as disposable as ideas.

Pros

- The best part of Dose has and always will be its employees. The majority are headstrong, creative, fun and good at what they do. - Excellent benefits package - Fun company events - Opportunity to push yourself and play in many different roles across the organization, since the company is so small - Unlimited PTO - There is finally a direction and unique offering for the company, which has helped create some stability. More people are hired into roles that they will actually perform, unlike in the past

Cons

- Upper management has always been a mess, is stifling and prioritizes an inner circle. It's created a toxic work environment for many that is detrimental to mental health. Often feels like no one can do the work better than upper management. - The company has tried to pivot to The Next Big Thing in social media like a teenager going through phases in middle school, ending in lay offs, a lack of transparency and identity crises - Employees are overworked, underpaid, and undervalued - Lots of turnover and no hesitation to fire people leads to distrust and a "what's today's drama?" mindset, covered by an excuse like "our company and social media just moves too fast"
