In just one month with this organization, I have been fortunate to have an incredible experience. The senior leadership team has been exceptionally receptive to new ideas and solutions, as the company undergoes significant growth to transition into an enterprise organization. While there are times when one must shift between both the operational and strategic aspects of the job, overall, I am delighted with my decision to join this team. The opportunities for building the Talent Acquisition and Talent Strategy & Learning function seem limitless, and I am excited about the possibilities. For those unfamiliar with this company, I highly recommend keeping an eye on them in the next few years as they are poised to become a premier organization for professional growth.

Everything. There is a reason this company has so many bad reviews. Production is more important the absolutely anything. This is a company that may preach Safety over Production but the truth is the exact opposite. Zero work life balance. Don't even consider bringing up an issue as the owners know everything about everything already.
