They need to hire more mental health providers as they have long wait lists and are now referring outside of the organization.

Must be “in” with the main upper leadership who control it all or you are out. I can’t really think of anything good anymore about working there. Unlimited PTO is nice if you are able to take it. That would be it.

Too many changes too fast without thinking about how it affects the employees. Too many putting positions on hold and lay-offs with increased workloads to the people who can’t get out of there. Promoting the wrong people is never ending at Duly. CEO is arrogant and is not who is listed as the CEO of this page. The real CEO is Dan Greenleaf. Medical benefits are awful. Retaining the good employees is impossible at this company.
