      I am currently part time and 24 hours per week work for me. The employees in my group work well together.

      Cons

      The management team needs training on how to interact with employees. The employee turnover is excessive. That may be due to the fact that employees are not treated with respect.

      Pros

      Must be “in” with the main upper leadership who control it all or you are out. I can’t really think of anything good anymore about working there. Unlimited PTO is nice if you are able to take it. That would be it.

      Cons

      Too many changes too fast without thinking about how it affects the employees. Too many putting positions on hold and lay-offs with increased workloads to the people who can’t get out of there. Promoting the wrong people is never ending at Duly. CEO is arrogant and is not who is listed as the CEO of this page. The real CEO is Dan Greenleaf. Medical benefits are awful. Retaining the good employees is impossible at this company.
