Pros

Good Vacation PTO, flexible hours

Cons

This company is extremely rigid in their expectations of employees. They have monthly evaluations wherein they will document negative feedback (calling it goals), but will use this against you later. Prepare to put 30,000 plus miles on your car a year and there is values of paperwork. Top heavy overpaid upper staff and not clinician/client dedicated.

Pros

I learned what I don’t like in a leader/manager.

Cons

Corporate Leadership is not interested in the needs of the front line staff. Also, people who should be reprimanded for doing terrible things to other employees are celebrated while Good employees, who do amazing therapeutic work, get constantly harassed until they quit because they can’t take it anymore. According to management, all front line employees are worthless and crazy. If you leave there, they will talk poorly about you, no matter how good a job you did or why you leave. There is absolutely no way to have a work/life balance with this company. Even if you take time off, your supervisor will call and text you constantly. If you are sick, managers will harass you by phone and email. If you take vacation, it’s hard to make ends meet because your pay is reduced due to the confusing pay structure. Also, there’s a ton of turnover.
