Pros

-You get to travel around town and see many different neighborhoods

Cons

- You are pounding pavement all day doing door-to-door sales - EQM is a ponzi/ MLM set up - You are disposable and cheap. The top guys don't do any work and profit off of your 60-70 hour work weeks. You have ZERO benefits. - All the loud music and high fives are choreographed to keep you in so they can continue to profit off of your intense labor. - Quill is owned by Staples, not a competitor. Further, Quill has terrible service and reviews. You are ripping people off. - You don't sell, you make no money. You have to meet the 5 sales a week quota or you lose your job.

I just found out he also posted on our partner company AMA acquisitions the exact same post. He is intentionally posting on several companies the same thing.

The environment is incredible. Very supportive and growth forward. Elana Diaz, the owner, actually takes time to have an open door policy.

Cons

I really cant think of any.
