We work until 6:30 on Mondays and Tuesdays, until 6:00 on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and until 5:00 on Fridays. In the fall and winter, when we leave, it is totally dark outside. All other departments leave before 5:00

In my time here I've seen a lot of growth. The company has really improved on organization and collaboration and a lot of the new people have made changes for the better. I see a lot of care and compassion from my coworkers. They truly want to do a good job and care about customers as well as their area of work. The people that I work with are always willing and ready to share their knowledge and expertise and want to teach others in the company. There's a family environment here that I was readily welcomed into. Our CEO is also very smart and is always thinking 10 steps ahead. He is also open to listening to others in the company and taking our opinions into consideration. The company overall is often making moves to improve our systems in place which really helps create an efficient work environment.

We have outdated software here with our emails and other things which can make communication hard. I would love more flexibility with work from home days, holidays, and PTO.
