Easy work and flexible hours

There are a few nice people, half off on food while working, you will sometimes have a few kind people help you with dishes.

Get paid less for doing more than cook's you sometimes would be the only working on a shift (even on weekends, that was hell), while your cleaning your area the cook's will bring back dishes which you would have to do last minute and you can't leave any because of "fruit flies", cook's would almost never help and get to leave on time, I once had to stay until 1 am because of that god damn scarecrow festival (I wouldn't mind as much if I wasn't in school), this one old chick who does a crap job will not get fired because no person wants to wash dishes, you will most likely not get moved up to a better position, you will sometimes feel like your getting stalked because people will keep asking you to work for them.
