High case load Micro-managed Stressful environment Rubbish salary Rubbish bonus (if you get any, most the time this is taken off you for petty, silly reasons) Being moved from team to team never being given the chance to fully settle Often feels like you are on the customer relations team (due to the high caseload, most cases are complaints) Really high turnaround in staff
