Small company: Up close experience in building a helicopter without corporate bureaucracy Great potential for growth and an introduction to aviation industry Great place to start career Management tries very hard to improve and has had some improvement successs Corporate Values- the company has a stake in the community and building employee success

Great place to start a career, but it would be a real pity to be stuck here Not exactly "cutting edge" work; no opportunites for advancement Outdated technology Employee professionalism and worldview of company lacking "Siloed" departments that don't always communicate with each other Rural location: 170+ miles to a city with 125k+ people Diversity is not always valued...
