      internal politics, delay of salaries by 2+ months (being repeated for the last three months), low compensation, accommodation is very far from work & consultants share rooms, no consistency, family business

      Pros

      Good learning experience, a career shall be made if you work hard. Opportunities are given. Company culture is good. Collagues are helpful and as a team. I will recommend.

      There are salary delays.. but management addresses it and committed to help.
