Extremely good at packaging: website is good, building and infrastructire is good, AC is good, key people have good communication skills.

The management doesn't have a vision for the future. Incompetent people are managers. Salaries get delayed. No ethics. Reviews and ratings of the company on this site and other sites are mostly fake and planted. Promises to employees, vendors, clients are not kept. Still there are lots of promises. High attrition. So many people are quitting or have quit already. The ones who remain have some constraint. Employee morale is really low. No career development. No training. This is a bad place for anyone who wants to have a srious career. Hardly anybody knows anything to be able to mentor you. the few people who are knowledgeable wil be so busy trying to leave the company that they wont have time to guide you.

No Carrier Development. Delay In Salary Payment By 4 Months & Company is not paying the pending salary properly. PF,ESI are not deposited by employer for past 4 years. Very Less Salary,No hikes. They are giving wrong assurance and Once you quit the job, HR will not pick up your call because we ask for our pending salary. Overall, Worst Company I ever seen. Especially HR people,team leaders and project managers. Very less talented management people.No on time delivery for the clients.They won't pay for the vendors also.
