Expert Executive Recruiters, or "EER", is one of the best places to work "with and for", that I have seen within the recruitment industry Globally. As a Client - EER focuses on investing it's recruitment efforts for Global organizations, who need a candidate with a specific list of skillsets, to grow their global offices. Wherever you are in the world, and no matter how hard the position is to be filled - or rare the long list of specifications to qualify - EER WILL find the BEST candidate. All they need is a responsive partner, and within a short time, the Unicorn-level candidate will most likely already have started working and adding value- in a market where finding the right employee is extremely tough. As an Employee - I have not seen any other organization come close in respect, professionalism, client and customer focus, flexibility, and overall dignity shown to the "lowest" level employee up to the highest level employee. I don't think you will find a better organization. "Happy" people don't normally have the motivation to take the time to post a well-earned review. Usually it is only the person who was the rare exception or had a bad day that posts a review- usually bad and without clear examples. So I am taking MY time to post a real review- you will be hard-pressed to find a better organization to work for.
