Pros
It's a startup culture, so you'll learn a lot and get so much hands-on experience which will give you direct experience (for potential fields like product management) and you'll learn a lot about the B2B space and everything it takes to work with a successful business.
Cons
Since it is a startup (not the fault of the company at all), stability of management fluctuates as members leave and work can get overwhelming quite fast. This means more learning opportunity, but also difficulty from an intern perspective because you need constant mentorship at this stage.
