1. The supervisor is very engaged and supportive in your learning and showing you the chances to contribute to the team. 2. Everyone in the team is very communicative and collaborative. 3. Get to learn a lot through thorough procedures and formal workplace.
Cons
1. Unpaid 2. Work 8 hours a day (I find it's normal but for others maybe not)
