There's a lot here. They will ship any and every job they can to India when they are able to. I've seen them lay off entire teams and almost entire departments. In the end, if still standing...there will be a few heads in US managing India teams. (PS: Accounting you are not safe either) Unrealistic timelines. Always multiple fires that need to be put out and always needs to be done by yesterday. Most of management is "Yes" people regardless on how long something should take, they always say it can be done in unreasonable amount of time.
