Terrible corporate structure - Anonymous employee Fairstead Employee Review

woooooo boy! Let's start with the executive team. They are petty not only to each other but towards lower level staff. They also have some serious rivalries with outside folks. They laid off approximately 10 percent of the company the week before bonus payouts. Those jobs are now being done by incompetent contractors in india who we all trained. Blatant favoritism, along with every other "ism". Very little in the way of corporate governance. Very inexperienced HR department, doesnt know how to handle the basics of their job.
