Fairway operates like a startup in some ways - things change often and quickly, and some will thrive in that environment. However, this could be a con for someone who craves structure and consistency.

The Company culture is not great and leaders use Machiavellian tactics to "motivate" employees. Many people have been fired from this company and I would not categorize it as a stable place to work. Management is constantly trying to re-invent the wheel and shifting their strategy and although I respect the founder, the C-suite is constantly changing how the company is run as well as wearing multiple C level hats for the founders various companies. Expect to have a new process every quarter. The company could be characterized as ADD anthropomorphized with a wannabe Ray Dalio leadership style and below market pay. Offices are fine but nothing special. As another mentioned PTO is not unlimited and expect to be discouraged from using it.
