Pros
Well paid position with relatively flexible hours. I was constantly needed but not worked too hard. It is a great introduction to the inside workings of a complex hedge fund.
Cons
Farallon consisted of many more people than I had expected and those people were quite separated by department. I did not gain as much access to high level professionals as I had hoped.
