-Low Pay : $9/hour for the first 2 weeks and then $10/hour -No benefit : no health/dental/vision benefits -This company provides a perfect example of micromanagement. Be prepare to have your workstation (desktop/laptop) recorded into videos. The CEO will spend days and hours watching these videos to make sure you don't talk bad about him. There are cameras in every corner of the workplace. Owners, CEO, CEO's family members are watching their employees every second of the day. They will control your personal life too like forbidding you to hang out with people they don't like. - Be prepare to lie every day. You will be asked to lie to the customers every day that you are at work. -Upper management favors employees that are able to latter them in an obsequious manner, and to support their every opinion. If you disagree to anything and want your voices heard, be prepare for termination. -Managers are selfish, they will take credits for your work. -I found it's funny that half of employees are entitled managers/supervisors -Most of them don't comprehend in English very well -No HR. I am not sure why there is another review called "Human Resources". I worked there for almost a year and they do not have HR. That review must be fake. - CEO will lie to you for his advantage. -CEO will trash employees behind their back and blame everything on formal employees.
