Fatz Cafe (Rockingham) - Hostess Fatz Cafe Employee Review

Unprofessional/rude staff (to fellow employees, at any rate). Manager is very condescending and rude to employees, to a point where it is unprofessional. Many servers (not all) are very rude to each other and to hosts/hostesses, making it a very hostile and drama-filled atmosphere. Overall an unpleasant place to work. Sometimes management takes the motto "The customer is always right" too far, punishing employees who did nothing wrong because of customers who are just rude or want to make trouble. One employee was even fired based on false accusations from ignorant patrons.
