Company does not compensate fairly. Pay 4% commission on sold jobs and 1% if sold at a cheaper price. Every other company in the Market Pays 10% - 12%. On a $20,000 job you’re making $180. Other companies would pay out TEN TIMES MORE. They find excuses to not pay monthly bonus comissions because their CFO. ”doesn’t feel” like running the reports for more than a week back. But they will gladly take cancellations from your check for more than a week back. No visibility to your paycheck. Every paycheck is a surpirse bc the company will cancel your deals and not notify you. A lot of employees are in the process of suing them for this. Go find a company that will value you and your work and pay you fairly. Save yourself the time and trouble.
