Thank you for your review, I can certainly use this to improve our experience for future employees. When we purchased the apartment building, we were going for a homely feeling and didn't realize it would cause any discomfort(we were going for more comfort). Just to make sure we're good now, I took a poll from the current staff and they are fine with it. That said I'm sorry that weirded you out, that was not our intent. I wish I could say tech support jobs come with only pleasant customer calls, but it just isn't true. I do pray and hope you were able to grow and learn from your experience from this for your future career!
