Pros
Remote work & 25% travel is great.
Cons
Does not hire from within. Little to no promotion opportunity. No training in 5 years. The company says they will pay for certifications but there's no process to do so and management has stalled with the requests I've made. Workload is moderate for most of the year, but then you get slammed from October to January every year. Lots of overtime. There used to be bonuses involved for this overtime work, but these haven't been paid in the past 2 years, despite the assurances from management.
