I'm writing here another review after I posted my first one. I would like to respond to some of the other reviews here. Since there is no other option I'm using the review format to do so.
Cons
In my first review of Friends International I wrote specifically to complain about the toxic culture of some of the junior members of the team and how I was treated. And I was shocked when I read the reviews here from several former employees (of less than a year) who systematically put the blame on management and the CEO. Having worked for the organization as a consultant for more than 4 years and having personally experienced the insult and bad attitudes of some of these new staff I find it hypocritical. I'm tired of them blaming the CEO for their own inadequacies. My own project nearly collapsed because a few individuals failed to their job properly - and I had to do it for them. I recommend they spend more time learning to do their job and gaining experience than complaining about how everyone else is wrong except them.
