The employeers were very passionate and driven and that was a high motivating factor, as well as a good way of maintaining a healthy company culture. Even though I was an intern, I was given the creative freedom to represent the brand which I appreciate as I felt it was a fair balance between improving my skills and learning to work in a proper working environment. My employers were transparent and honest with their work flow and business model which made me feel an important and relevant part of the company, helping me take more pride in my work.

As the company is small, achieving a work life balance could sometimes be difficult, but that was up to us individuals to manage.
