Pros
The benefits were awesome. A PPO plan with a $150 deductible and only a 10% copay. A money purchase plan. Standard vacation policy, but the week between Christmas and New Years is a paid holiday.
Cons
Pretty much everything else. Seriously clueless. Management is in disarray. Micromanagement...micro micro MICROmanagement. Complete lack of HR expertise. Also, management expects to be treated as if on a pedestal. Office technology is pretty outdated, and there's a complete lack of modern systems. You are not given the tools to do your job. "Executives" are mainly long-term employees who can't step out of the past to realize we've made it past the mid-nineties.
