      Pros

      Part of the GE. Good training opportunities if you are just starting your career. Many hardworking people trying to make things work in a dysfunctional organization

      Cons

      Short-sighted goals and objectives. People in charge really don't know what they are doing. Very odd organizational structure with too many overlapping layers. CEOs, CIOs and CFOs are a dime for a dozen here. Too many things are done without good rationale. HR cannot even explain the org chart in 10 minutes.
