Pros

Like many eCommerce startups, GOJA offers an engaging and fast-paced environment that’s always evolving. The company adapts continuously to the shifting eCommerce landscape to stay on the cutting edge. With back offices in China and Bolivia, and a support team eager to learn and grow, GOJA feels like a place where you can truly see results and make an impact quickly. Even though it’s been around for over 15 years, the energy here is similar to a startup, driven by the excitement of competing globally, especially on Amazon.

Cons

Like any fast-paced company in eCommerce, the constant changes and need to adapt can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially if you're new to the industry. The startup vibe means you’re often wearing multiple hats, which can be challenging for those looking for highly structured roles. The global team setup, with back offices in China and Bolivia, also means collaboration across time zones, which may require flexibility in working hours. Overall, the dynamic environment is exciting, but it may not suit everyone

Pros

Strong sense of loyalty and long-term relationships within the team.

Cons

Family-run business with clear hierarchy and influence from family members. Decision-making can be slow and sometimes dependent on the mood or opinions of family leadership. Limited flexibility for change due to traditional internal structures.
