Disgraceful management - Anonymous employee Geneva Healthcare Employee Review

Management is top heavy and very poor. The workload is overwhelming with little support provided by the team leader. Staff concerns and complaints are overlooked. Career progression is limited unless you are "favoured" by management. The are huge discrepancies in pay and the quality of your work is not taken into account during the review. Toxic work environment where staff are not acknowledged for their hard work but given additional responsibilities instead.
