The compensation is nice. They offer a fair PTO system as well as 401k.
Cons
Gladstone thrives on a company culture of cattiness, condescension, nepotism and fear. Upper management consists of a group of Boca women without law degrees, who are still clinging to their glory days in high school. Don't expect any openings in upper management, because the people occupying those positions blatantly lack the skills to work anywhere else. Employees who don't find themselves in the right social circle will be given an impossible workload until they're cruelly fired for "performance issues". Similarly, employees who have worked there long enough to deserve a raise are usually fired so they can be replaced with a new employee at a lower rate.
Team lead positions are about the best you can hope for as far as promotions go. They do open up quite often due to the high turnover rate. Racism is quite evident when it comes to these spots being filled.
