      - Caring environment from leadership (don't know about current management) - Incremental Raises - Decent schedule - Work was ok, end users can have attitudes sometimes - I was entry-level, so entry-level pay - Can work even if you are not technically gifted

      Cons

      - Mundane work at times - Opportunities to rise may be few and far between but management open to conversations
