Pros
they sponsor you for the series 7 & series 63
Cons
Worked here for 7 months
Ridiculous hours including saturdays, unlivable base salary (possibility to earn small flat rate commission per paid account), revolving door atmosphere - trainees get fired on weekly basis. The senior brokers make millions of dollars and flash the money & lifestyle to get you in the door. DON'T BE FOOLED. The chances of you getting to their level is slim to none. You have to open a certain number of paid accounts for them until you can begin earning a commission percentage. They sell garbage to customers without determining suitability.
They do not care about their employees at all. The "trainee program" consists of running ridiculous errands and doing ANYTHING the senior brokers "need" to be done. There is no real training involved - they tell you what to say, and what to sell but you won't learn anything about the industry aside from the information you learn from studying for the 7 & 63. They do not provide any benefits or insurance to their employees.
This is a shady company and would not recommend working here
