      Pros

      They hire you quickly...that's really the only positive thing about this place. I've never heard of anyone that was unable to get a job here.

      Cons

      They constantly mess up paychecks, will say they forgot it, and just tell you to come back next week. It is ILLEGAL to hold to an employees pay simply because your payroll department can't get it together. Multiple complaints with the labor board have been filled against this company. Honestly I have no clue how they're still in business.

      Pros

      All the help you get on the phone and on the computer. There are free lunches which are so appreciated. The management and supervisors are so professional and so helpful.

      Cons

      I wish I could my hours in 5 days instead of 6 days.

      Pros

      One really great thing about Graven Austin and Drake is that you really determine how much money you would like to make depending on the program you are calling on

      Cons

      A challenge of working at Graven Austin and Drake is that there is a quota. If you don't make that quota, you will be sent home and you lose half of your attendance bonus and any commissions you made.
