Pros
none, trust me there is none.
Cons
This review is long time coming. What a horrible company to work for. This is the worst company that I have worked for. Top 5 reasons this is the worst company to work for.
1. Micro managed – this company take micro managed to whole new level. They got daily reports and weekly reports and in addition, you will meet with the management team once a week to give them status of your top 5.
2. Flawed business model – Their business model is to charge as much as possible for a home that will come back under appraisal. When you are a relatively unknown home builder, you can’t charge a premium price for a subpar product. Their target market is the uneducated and dumb customers and don’t shop around.
3. Extremely high turnover – they turnover an average of 3 sales agents a month and their sales force are relatively small, they have under 10 sales agents total for the company. You can’t build a sustainable business with that many turnovers, you won’t have any loyalty and respect from sales agents or customers.
4. Bleeding cash – each month they have to sell more than 10 houses just to pay all the land and construction loans, payroll, rent and all the expenses from the high amount of specs sitting on the ground. I will be surprised if this company last after a downtown in the market or in 5 years.
5. Bad management- Pat and top management came from Royce homes. Enough said.
There a lot more, however I am too tired to list all of it.
