They have good clients. Some reps are nice. But they aren’t the ones that matter. Sales leads and managers are the true reason why this company is going continue preying on good, hard working people.
Cons
Company is based out of Boston, clients based out of state. Pay is low, not competitive. No benefits. Difficult to take sick time. No transparency. Unprofessional treatment of contractors. Shady business practices. If you are hired through this company under another contracting company, good luck getting out of the contract, negotiating higher pay, trying to work with them for an exit strategy. Business model is aimed towards misleading candidates to think you will get hired full-time, or get a raise, or have options to move up. Sure work here for a few months, but look for other opportunities while you are working. Do not work here if you have defendants, H1 Visa, or anything else to lose. They won’t care about you. They won’t advocate for you.
