      Pros

      I've been most impressed with how quickly I received credentials with insurance companies. The onboarding was informative and respected my time. The communication, transition, and follow-up were amazing. Everyone was prompt and answered all my questions. This is by far the easiest platform I've experienced. They handle marketing, billing, and scheduling. You can also transition your own clients to the platform. Resources are available to help you step-by-step if you want to work independently. This is a good company to work for if you are looking for more flexibility in your schedule and work-life balance.

      No benefits, no direct deposit through an ACH.

      Strong mission, company works to keep people aligned on goals, i see real upward trajectory.

      Cons

      Similar to other orgs at this “age,” there are org shifts, changing priorities, and new leadership that get thrown at you.

      Pros

      Grow moved through credentialng quickly. They offer a community in which therapist can engage with other therapist and prescribers, online. I received a steady stream of referrals and the EMR is userp-friendly.

      Cons

      I wish Grow offered full-time W2 roles as an option for therapists. While having your own practice and using their platform is great, all the other admin, scheduling and messaging can be tiresome.
