Pros

Paid Training. I hate to say it but to be honest, half of my training class disappeared the day before we finished training. One guy literally said he already had another job he was just waiting to start.

Cons

They drag you through a drawn out training and wait until the last day or so to explain the horrid pay scale they have for pay outs. Minimum wage and no hours. I worked at an understaffed store where the manager played friends with some and enemies with the rest. Trust me I have worked on com before and made more money selling vacuum cleaners door to door. Worst part is the management is unorganized, unprofessional, and inexperienced. It saddens me that they are representing a brand like T-Mobile. It's not worth your time, your efforts (they will slave you and are disrespectful about it) and it's not worth the few dollars they throw you for the job.
