Pros
Since it's a startup there are a lot of opportunities to learn new things and work on different projects. As others have said, there's free daily lunch if that's important to you. One of the most surprising things is how amazing the staff is and how happy everyone looks even though many of them are unsatisfied.
Cons
If you take a close look at all the reviews you'll notice a pattern. Most reviews with employment lasting more than one year are negative and the ones that are less than one year are positive. That's because they ask employees to post a review as soon as a week into employment, while they're still in the honeymoon phase. The founders are absolute micromanagers, don't trust anyone and have big egos. The wife goes around shaming people publicly, gossiping to pretty much everyone and creating drama out of nothing. There is also little sense of direction and strategy changes at the founder's whim. They pretty much don't trust anyone but themselves and their daughter (who also works there) and though they try to act like the company's success wouldn't be possible without each and every employee, their insincerity is obvious.
