Pros
Autonomy - above average pay (so you believe its ok to be mistreated and humiliated) The CEO is always on some fancy meditation retreat or just MIA
Cons
The CEO is always on some fancy meditation retreat or just MIA Titles are given with no reason and its hard to explain to other employers The unhealthiest "wellness" pr agency Upper management are all ghosts who get to work from home No Work From Home Policy for those 9-6'ers Zero on boarding and you're lucky if anyone even knows why you are there since no one ever tells employees a new person is starting. Don't worry when you leave they won't tell anyone either. Vacation requests not answered until pretty much your friends are leaving you behind cause you couldn't get anyone to answer your vacation day request Text messages are used to confront people with nasty comments about work The gate keepers to the CEO are not found of the people in general and down right straight up nasty, rude and are bothered by your mere presence - even though they are acting as HR. Whatever they tell you in the interview is all a lie - sooner or later it will be your turn to be insulted by the boss. To be questioned about our choices, to be questioned about timing (even though no one ever gets back to you) Cheap company culture (bring your own napkins, forks and coffee)
