      Good products. Great people to work with. Decent pay. Great business model.

      Cons

      Absolutely the worst human being of an owner I have ever experienced. His unethical business practices and treatment of employees make it a hell on earth! I have to give him props for his business model and aggressiveness. But he gets all zeros as a human.

      Pros

      Quiet environment most of the time.

      Cons

      New unqualified management with no respect for lower workers. Layoff significant amount of employees, but expecting the same or more output. No review or raise structure. No upwards mobility.
