We conduct 3 thorough interviews before hiring to ensure we have full transparency and to ensure we are choosing the right candidate. Our base pay is very comparable to other sales companies and since you never completed training you are not aware of the high income earned in our business. We also have over 200 customers a week that listen to us and move forward with our services and love how personalized we make the experience for them.
