Pros
Flexible hours throughout the day, which permits for plenty of time to complete personal tasks that would otherwise be very difficult. Hands on experience with relatively large scale projects. This is a wonderful place to learn and hone skills in the constuctio management industry.
Cons
Lack of solid management; No constant vision or mission, which makes prioritizing tasks very difficult as there is no constant unifying mission; No clear understanding and no written summary of benefits, bonuses etc.; Unnecessary schedule and hours; horribly low pay for the high level of skill and self motivation required to complete the job at hand.
