Cons
No company is perfect. Going from startup to scaleup while servicing some of the biggest names in the Travel Industry, does come with challenges (i.e. work/life balance), but the important thing is that is acknowledged and there's genuine intent to make it better every day. There are ambitious goals for Holibob, and with that growth expectation there's opportunity for everyone to define their input, value provided, and role in the organization. And that doer attitude is definitely rewarded.
