Business Outlook
Pros
Good starting pay. Relatively easy work as your sitting and waiting most of the day waiting on others to do finish their Jon before you start yours. Get to travel United States.
Cons
You will be having to live out of hotels the majority of the time. 30 days gone 2 days off, 8 days on 7 off, or 5 and 2 depending on what railroad you get assigned too. Just bet on never seeing your home or your family. It's all about what can you do for Holland. Managers are unhelpful and don't have the stroke to make the appropriate decisions when it comes to personnel. Just go work for the actual railroad instead. . . . Will make more money and have better benefits. Not feel like a scab.
