Pros

It seems like a good opportunity at first glance. But when I went to do my first cleaning job, the lady wasnt home. I called her and texted her with no answer. Then she did answer the second time I called. She told me she did not need a house cleaner and asked me to leave. I reminded her that she made the request for me to come! But she insisted that she never even created a homeaglow account. I think she was being scammed and so was I. At least she got to keep her money, but I won't get back the time and gas money it took to go to her house!

Cons

No help desk, no number to call. When I requested help on the website, it said the helpbot was offline and no one was available to help me. This company is a scam please avoid it!

Pros

The main benefits are being able to make my own schedule and receiving same-day pay

Cons

Clients have disputed or misrepresented the actual hours I worked, even after confirming and agreeing to additional time. In those situations, the company has refunded the client, but I still completed the work and should be paid for the hours I worked. There have also been multiple occasions where I arrived at a new client’s location as scheduled and was immediately told to leave, sometimes in an unprofessional or disrespectful manner. I still spent time traveling to the job and showing up as instructed.

Pros

The tips and instant pay for top cleaners is a pro.

Cons

This is a horrible place to earn money. The company does not care about you !!! Low wages, hard work and horrible clients are what you can expect for the most part. The company is run by some A1 system, and it is hard to reach a human being for support. You cannot make a living off of this job and the referrals are often too far away. The low-cost advertising attracts low-end customers and often very trashy people wanting to hire a slave rather than a cleaner.
