      No pros! Nothing good to say about this company

      Cons

      Micro managing, being recorded on in office camera and not being told. Phone calls also recorded and we were not told. Found out after the fact. Lots if things wrong with this company including no benefits.

      Positive environment, lots of laughs in the office and a good group of core people. competitive salary and flexibility in your schedule is always a nice perk to have for work

      Cons

      the only con I have encountered working here is the bridge traffic on my way to work, other than that I have enjoyed my time with House Smart Home Improvements as they have a family enviroment
