      Pros

      HPS keeps a safe clean and inviting atmosphere to work in. The company is great to work for and they take very good care of their employees. Employees seem generally happy, and the culture is very positive.

      Cons

      No matching 401k, standard benefits otherwise.

      There are a lot of nice people that work here. The world load is reasonable and they teach you new things.

      If you have a poor manager, working here can be very tough.
